It was a cold November day in the year 2011 when you, police Detective Howard E. Loreid, were tasked with a new case to track down a fugitive murder suspect - someone you always wanted to get acquainted with... Loath Nolder. Your admiration for Nolder's legacy and inability to explain how such a respected P.I. has turned murder suspect boggles your mind. This seemingly routine case would take a dramatic twist, turning your life into a living nightmare; something that cannot be described with our inadequate words. Unsure if the stress of this case has made you become a lucid dreamer or if you are suffering from a sleep disorder like sleep paralysis or night terrors, the fine line between the waking world and the dream world has become frighteningly blurred... Terrifying happenings begin to plague your psyche and horrifying dreams and paranormal experiences torment your very being. Is it all just in your mind? Loath Nolder Loath Nolder was a successful Private Investigator. He had solved many cases and had a stellar reputation as being the most venerated P.I. in Wellsmoth. It was his last case; the murder of Clark Field, a wealthy man involved in the occult, which caused him to suddenly leave his job to travel abroad for five years. During this travel, about which absurd rumors have been spread, Loath Nolder visited some African and Oceania countries. He lived with the native people, some of which are cannibals who normally do not welcome strangers. From tribe shamans and sorcerers he learned a lot, including things about himself. When he returned, he was no longer himself. His appearance and way of thinking changed drastically and he had developed a skin disease, which looked like eczema or skin cancer that was never completely understood. When Loath Nolder returned, he did not contact anyone and continued his investigation. His family only became aware of his return to Wellsmoth when he was being sought after by the police. Because of some unlawful events that occurred during this case, he became a murder suspect and disappeared. After a short time, a police officer found Loath Nolder unconscious. He was hospitalized due to his mysterious health condition, but after a brief time under surveillance, he escaped from the hospital in a baffling way. As Howard E. Loreid, you must untangle this web of dire truths, delving deeper into the dark recesses of the human mind, in pursuit of Loath Nolder.
