Plan It Green

You’ve been elected the Mayor of your hometown and have decided to take the barren environment and Plan it Green! Bring back the natural beauty of your city, and create a brighter, cleaner future. Build eco-homes and apply green upgrades, all while bringing new clean jobs and industry to your city. Increase your Greendex as you leave behind the ways of the past and create a beautiful, sustainable metropolis! Geocities: Greenville is a simulation game that gives the player the chance to be the mayor of Mapleburg, a small, polluted, industrial town that is trying to rejuvenate itself by becoming more environmentally friendly. The game will have a similar look and feel as the Build-a-Lot series, but with the human aspect that exists in the Roller Coaster Tycoon series. A large focus will be put on the decisions the player has to make and how they affect the different citizens of Mapleburg. To truly be a successful mayor and achieve the goals of making the town an eco-friendly place to live, the player will have to carefully weigh her actions as they will either affect her citizens (and town) in a positive or negative way. This feature will help move the gameplay more towards being a sophisticated type of simulation, rather than a mere time management race against time.
