After being hidden and forgotten for centuries, the Revenants are returning to Aelion. Mighty Immortals that have inhabited Aelion since before Aeli's times who see themselves as the harbingers of death, their axe bringing death and absolution to their foes. They are looking not only to bring death to their enemies, but their ultimate goal is to find the opponent that will ultimately be able to best them in combat. This pursuit is what keeps the Revenant pushing on.
The Revenenat is a melee damage dealer that makes use of black magic to support him in combat. You will use your axe to control your enemies and deal massive damage with abilities such as "Smash", which makes the Revenant lifts his axe over his head, charging his attack, and bringing it back down with devestating force, dealing massive damage and knocking the enemies up into the air. The abilities he gains from his knowledge of the dark arts help him stay alive in battle whilst draining the life force from his enemies. One such skill is "Execute", which will deal massive damage based on the enemies missing health. If an enemy is killed this way, the Revenenat will restores a large amount of health and his cooldowns are reduced.
The Revenant's playstyle favors players that are not afraid to get in the enemies' faces but don't want to rely on raw force. The class is also suitable for new players, with a straight to the point set of abilities that provide great damage and sustain. Experienced players will enjoy the Revenant for his fast moving abilities that allow him to be at the forefront of any conflict in no time, combining his abilities with devestating results.
